WooCommerce Product AI Generator

The WooCommerce Product AI Generator helps store owners draft product content directly from the WooCommerce product edit screen.

Use it when you want to improve or fill in product copy without leaving WordPress.

Requirements

• WooCommerce must be installed and active.
• The product must be saved at least once.
• Your WPTheMoon API key must be configured in AI Generator > Settings.
• Your WordPress user must have permission to edit the product.

Generate product content

1. Open a WooCommerce product in the WordPress admin.
2. Find the AI Product Generator panel.
3. Choose the language, tone, and target audience.
4. Select the fields you want to generate:
   • Title
   • Short description
   • Long description
   • SEO metadata
   • Tags
   • FAQ
5. Click Generate Product Content.
6. Review the generated preview.
7. Select the fields you want to apply.
8. Click Apply Selected Fields.

The generator never publishes the product automatically.

What gets updated

When you apply generated content, the plugin can update:

• Title: Updates the WooCommerce product title.
• Short description: Updates the product excerpt.
• Long description: Updates the main product description.
• Tags: Creates or reuses WooCommerce product tags.
• FAQ: Appends an FAQ section to the long description.
• SEO metadata: Saves the generated SEO title and description to WPTheMoon metadata for review.

The first version does not write directly to Yoast SEO or Rank Math fields.

What does not change

The Product AI Generator does not change:

• Price
• Sale price
• Stock
• SKU
• Product type
• Variations
• Categories
• Product images

Tips

• Keep product names and attributes accurate before generating.
• Add important materials, sizes, compatibility notes, or model numbers first.
• Use a clear target audience, such as "home office buyers" or "beginner photographers".
• Review factual claims before saving the final product.

Troubleshooting

If the panel does not appear, confirm WooCommerce is active and you are editing a product.

If generation fails, check your API key, credits, and server connection to wpthemoon.com.

If editor fields do not visually update after applying content, refresh the product edit page. The saved product data has already been updated.
