Manage Batch Results

Track progress, retry failures, and resume batch generation.

Manage Batch Results

Batch results help you understand which keywords became draft posts, which ones failed, and which ones are still available to retry or resume.

Each keyword moves through several steps:

  1. Intent analysis.
  2. Article generation.
  3. WordPress draft creation.

Result states

  • Success: A draft post was created.
  • Failed: The keyword could not be completed.
  • Cancelled: The batch was stopped before all keywords were processed.
  • Unprocessed: The keyword has not started yet.

Retry failures

If some keywords fail, use retry for failed items. The plugin retries eligible failures with a delay between attempts.

Failures caused by temporary network or service issues are usually worth retrying. Validation errors may require changing the keyword or batch settings.

Resume a cancelled batch

If you cancel a batch, the plugin keeps track of unprocessed keywords during the current session. You can resume those keywords instead of starting over.

Low credits

If your account does not have enough credits, the batch stops to avoid repeated failures.

Add credits on wpthemoon.com, refresh the credits display, then start or resume the batch.

When to use retry

Use retry when a failure looks temporary, such as a network interruption or a service timeout. If the keyword itself is unclear, edit the keyword list or topic idea before retrying.

Tips

  • Review failed keywords before retrying the whole set.
  • Resume unprocessed keywords after adding credits.
  • Keep the browser tab open while the batch is running.
  • Start with a smaller batch if you are testing a new content strategy.

FAQ

Does retry duplicate successful drafts?

Retry is intended for failed items. Review the summary before starting a retry so you do not repeat completed work manually.

What happens if I cancel a batch?

The current session keeps track of unprocessed keywords so you can resume them without restarting the full list.

Why did the batch stop after one failure?

Critical failures, such as insufficient credits, stop the batch to prevent repeated failed requests.
