The Batch Generator is a WordPress admin tool for turning a keyword list into multiple editable draft posts. It is built for planned content production, not one-off editing.

Use it when you need to prepare content in volume, such as topic clusters, product review groups, or editorial calendars.

Open the Batch Generator

In the WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to AI Generator > Batch Generator.

Add keywords

Paste your list of keywords into the keyword box. You can enter them one per line or separate them with commas.

The plugin automatically:

• Detects keywords from your input.
• Removes duplicates.
• Displays the total number of valid keywords.
• Supports processing up to 50 keywords in a single batch.

Configure the batch

Choose the global settings that will apply to all generated articles in this batch:

• Article Type: Select from General SEO Article, Best / Top List, Comparison, How-to Tutorial, or Product Review.
• Content Language: Use Auto Detect or force a specific language for consistency.
• Common Topic Idea: Provide optional guidance (e.g., a specific brand voice, promotional angle, or context) that applies uniformly to all articles.

What gets created

For each keyword in your batch, the plugin sequentially:

1. Analyzes search intent.
2. Generates the full article content.
3. Converts it into native Gutenberg blocks.
4. Creates a new WordPress draft post.

Generated metadata (such as keyword density, readability score) and image prompts are saved with each draft when available.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during a bulk generation run:

• Stuck/Failed Generation: Batch generation can take several minutes. If it stops, check your server's PHP execution time limit and ensure your API key has sufficient balance.
• Duplicate Drafts: Ensure you aren't running multiple batches simultaneously with the same keywords.
• Missing Images: Featured images might fail if the external service times out. You can regenerate them individually later.

Tips for Best Results

• Group Similar Keywords: Since one Article Type applies to the whole batch, group your keywords logically. For example, process all "How-to" keywords in one batch and all "Comparison" keywords in another.
• Leverage 'Common Topic Idea': Use this field to inject your brand name, standard CTA, or overarching theme so every article in the batch stays on brand.
• Pre-Clean Your List: Remove extremely broad keywords (e.g., "marketing") before pasting. Long-tail keywords yield much better, more specific articles.
• Check Credits First: Bulk generation consumes more credits at once. Always verify your balance in AI Generator > Settings before starting a large batch.

No. It strictly creates draft posts so editors can review, revise, add internal links, and schedule them safely.

How many keywords can I enter?
