Connecting your account links the WordPress plugin to your wpthemoon.com credits and enables generation features in the editor and admin screens.

Create an account

1. Go to wpthemoon.com.
2. Sign in or create an account.
3. Open your API key settings.
4. Create or copy an API Key.

Add the API Key in WordPress

1. In WordPress admin, go to AI Generator > Settings.
2. Paste your API Key into the API Key field.
3. Optionally fill in Target Audience.
4. Click Save Changes.

The target audience helps the article generator write for the right reader. For example:

• Beginners
• Small business owners
• WordPress developers
• Tech enthusiasts
• Parents researching products

Check the connection

Go to the WordPress dashboard. The AI Generator Status widget shows whether the service is connected and displays your remaining credits.

If the connection fails, return to AI Generator > Settings and confirm that the API Key was copied correctly.
